Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our website menu and homepage content, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Trends: Due to the fast-changing nature of fashion trends, items under this category are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or send out the exchange item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Active Vogue.
